Loving those lion's manes!

One of the best things about lion's mane is it's fantastic meaty texture. One of our favourite ways to cook it is to slice it into 1cm steaks then dip them in a mixture of water, black pepper, onion powder, cyene pepper, salt, tyme, chilli flakes. Then roll you lions mane in flour before shallow frying them. In our humble option it is some of the best vegan KFC you can make 🍄❤️
